Mail and internet connection warnings are displayed over the duration of the flight.
The Tenzing in-flight homepage brings important notifications, frequently-asked questions, and the latest news headlines to the fore.
As an Airbus partner, Tenzing provides internet access and e-mail connectivity during long-haul flights.
In Spring 2001, Tenzing approached us to help redesign the Windows connection utility and extranet interface for their in-flight e-mail service. The service, which currently operates on Air Canada and Singapore Airlines, needed to be simple, fast, and keep customers aware of their status during the flight. Together with their internal development team, we helped Tenzing dramatically simplify the entire user experience, keeping the focus on the busy travelers using the service.
