About Performics

After working with us to develop their corporate site, Performics contracted 37signals to refine and simplify the user experience of ConnectCommerce. As Performics' premier online advertising analysis tool, ConnectCommerce gathers a tremendous number of metrics for both internal and external customers. Our challenge was to make this data more accessible to everyone who uses the site.

With recommendations ranging from providing better indicators of the customer's location in the site to dramatically reducing the number of steps to perform common tasks, we helped Performics improve the customer experience without robbing longtime customers of the power on which they've come to depend.
