"37signals streamlined the process and created an intuitive, easy-to-use interface that gives customers total control over the ordering experience."

Simple, intuitive maps help you quickly locate the closest Panera bakery-cafe, allowing you to order directly from the location you prefer.
Combine bagel and cream cheese flavors (without exceeding your total) on one easy-to-use screen. A randomizer button lets Panera pick the bagel flavors for you.
Panera Bread is a successful, growing group of bakery-cafes based in St. Louis, MO with franchises in cities across the Midwestern and Western United States. After working with us to develop a recommendations document for their current web site, Panera contracted 37signals to rapidly prototype their online bulk bagel ordering interface.
Because each bakery-cafe has different hours of operation and a varying selection of bagel flavors on hand, we put a great deal of effort into making these constraints transparent to the customer. Completing the work in one week's time, we worked closely with Panera's internal team to streamline the complex process of locating a bakery-cafe, specifying the contents of the order, establishing a pick-up time, and making a payment.
