In late 2000, Transportation.com contacted us to redesign the structure, interface, experience, and the "purpose" of this leading transportation services site. Among other things, the redesign allows shippers and carriers to get right down to business from the home page, bringing key site functionality to the fore. Additionally, we clarified the navigation throughout the site, simplified the body copy, and increased the prominence of frequently-asked questions.
