Those are hunting gloves, they’ve been around a LONG time. Free’s up the trigger finger and thumb to cock the gun.

You can find other colors (like camouflage) at you local hunting outfitters.

I think a point here is that the gloves are functional and also *look* nice, because I highly doubt there are a lot of women running to their nearest hunting store for a pair of gloves. (Unless they’ve got some camouflage sweater they’re trying to match with…which is wrong. And gross.)

Yep, hooded fingertips aren’t new. I’ve had gloves like these for atleast 5 years, and i’m sure they were around before that.

I’m not so sure hooded fingertips make sense because trying to get the little flap onto your finger probably takes as long as putting the your hand into the glove body. Sounds inefficient for frequent use.

They are old school. The new hunting gloves are made with thinner materials so that you do not need to “fold over” the top.

They also make a Mitten that the entire top folds over, exposing the fingers.

Well, these comments were from a while ago… almost a year, but I wanted to show you all something that is completely different than what you have seen. There is a new glove called the CZiP, from Vaughn Outdoor in SLC, Utah. This glove (mittens too!) has a strategically placed zipper on the back of the glove/mitten which when unzipped, allows the wearer to completely remove their hand from the glove, but still have the glove attached to the wrist. You save TONS of time, you can’t drop/lose your gloves, hand temperature regulation, short drying time due to the open design, and as stated before, you can get them in gloves and mittens.
