Highrise tip: Assign “Later” tasks a specific date/time so they pop up again
A simple tip to help you get “Later” tasks back on your conveyor belt: Assign them a specific time. Doesn’t really matter when — it can be any random time in the future. The goal here is just to get the task to pop up again so you’re reminded that it has to be done. That way it doesn’t just lie there with your other “Later” tasks forever.

Backpack max plan now fits 500 users
We’ve raised the user limit on the max plan for Backpack to 500 users. This is a five-fold increase from the previous limit of 100. Now Backpack should fit even more companies and accommodate the needs of all the customers we have that were nudging up against the previous limit.

Does anyone know if Outpost 1.0.2 makes it usable? All reports I read were that it crashed all the time and ran very slow.

I have had a lot of trouble with it myself… I dont think its at the point yet where the convenience outweighs the hassle.

Outpost is a great app, but despite its fantastic UI and features I still find it useless…and it’s actually your fault, 37 Signals. Your API doesn’t support images. I’m a designer, just like a ton of the people who use Basecamp. Not being able to see images via Outpost or any other 3rd party app makes them useless. Quite frankly, I’d love to use Basecamp on the go, but you won’t let me.

I’m not referring to avatars. I’m referring to files. I cannot see what my designers are creating and uploading. I lead a design team. You can see where the problem lies, I’m sure.
