FYI …
About PCI – a lot of companies require you to provide/post your QSA report (I assume you’re big enough to require QSA ) so that they can verify you truly are PCI compliant before they do business with you.
You might want to do the same so that it’s not preventing you from acquiring new clients.

It might just be me, but while the new Backpack marketing site seems more focused and useful, the new Basecamp marketing site reminds me of one of those old cargo vans with too many bumper stickers.
