Now let’s see if employers stick to these categories. Right now I see a Javascript Front-End Engineer, and a PHP Developer under the Design category.

Instead of having an iphone category maybe you should call it a mobile category. Many platforms like palm pre, android and blackberry might need to be represented dont’cha think?
