Most people live to impress other people so they change their minds all the time as outside pressure changes. Then they lose their minds because they forgot how to think for themselves a long time ago… a reason why marketing can be very successful.
Sometimes change is comforting too, though. When you realize you’ve been feeling stagnant for a while -change is the breath of fresh air that provides you with the momentum to improve.
