Love the podcast. It would be great to offer these podcasts on our site, www.LingQ.com, to our English learners. How do we get permission to transcribe and post these podcasts on our site? I think it’s helpful to hear good advice repeated over and over phrased in different ways. But it seems like in the Q&A podcasts, when you get a more difficult or nuanced question, you find a reason not to answer the question. Maybe I’m wrong, but the couple of times I leaned forward in my seat for a juicy answer … letdown. I get that it’s rapid fire, but I do hope you follow up on the ones you said deserve to be their own post.

Thank you for answering everyone’s questions. I was really hoping you’d get to mine, but, unfortunately, my question was ten more away from the last one you answered.
I didn’t see any other questions like mine, but it is something that’s really important to me, and I’d really like to know what kind of advice you’d give.
College. It’s becoming really, really expensive. (I’m a high school senior, and I’d like to build my own internet software company). Many of my relatives and friends are pressuring me to go to college- but I’m not sure I see any real value in it. It seems like you two -Jason F & DHH —both went to college, and DHH seems to have even gone to business school.
Are you glad that you guys went? Do you regret it? Would not have having a college degree been an impediment, at any point, in founding the company? In your view, is it still worth going to college? And if it is, what do you recommend majoring in? I’d really love to hear your thoughts on college, graduate school, college majors, and even advice on what kinds of schools to choose from if you do, in fact, recommend going.
