couldn’t be more timely since my biz screwed up on a release and quickly issued an apology. We love our customers and built our brand around authenticity and mutual respect.

love this. thanks.

When I’ve made mistakes in my company, I have manned up and owned up to my mistakes not only to other co-workers and bosses, but to the effected clients (if any) as well. I find people treat me with much respect because of my willingness to accept my mistakes, and that I want to move forward and improve.
