Always helpful to specify the country (rather than just saying “Anywhere”) unless your company genuinely does hire worldwide (like Automattic).

Thanks for the shout out to us at Art & Logic. Part of me wants to say “Shhh!”, though—I like having less competition for all the great talent that chooses to live away from the obvious tech centers. Talent > geography.
