How much does each plan cost and what’s included?

The Suite is available in three plans: Starter $99/month, Pro $149/month, and Elite $249/month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Here's a list of what’s included in each plan.

Can I sign up for the Suite if I don't already own a 37signals product?

Currently the 37signals Suite is only available for people who already own Basecamp, Highrise, Backpack, or Campfire accounts. If you own one of these apps you can upgrade to the Suite in less than 60 seconds. Here’s how you upgrade. We will be offering the ability to sign up for the Suite from scratch down the road, but we just don’t know when yet.

What if I only want two or three apps, not all four?

We’ve priced the 37signals Suite aggressively. It’ll often be cheaper to purchase the whole four-app Suite than to purchase two products separately. If you’d prefer to pick and choose you can still do that too — the Suite is not mandatory.

What if I have multiple Basecamp accounts? Can I choose which one to include in the Suite?

Yup. When you upgrade, you’ll see a list of all the Basecamp accounts you own. You can choose which one you want to roll into the Suite or you can choose to set up an entirely new account instantly.

What happens if I’m using two or more 37signals products already?

When you upgrade to the Suite, you’ll be able to include the accounts you already have. For example, if you already have a Basecamp and a Highrise account, you can choose to include those in the Suite, or we can instantly create new accounts for you. If you have multiple Basecamp accounts you’ll be able to choose which one you want to include in the Suite. We’ll instantly create accounts for you on the apps you don’t already have.

What happens to all of the users and clients I’ve already set up in Basecamp?

Nothing at all! Everything will be the same as it was before. You won’t lose any data, users, or clients. Plus, now your users will be able to access the other apps in the Suite too.
