I also recognize him because I’ve worked with HIS TYPE . My last contract was requiring me to work 12 hour days. I worked eight and it was their problem, not mine. :)

I believe there are two new books everybody has to read as soon as they are available – Seth Godin’s Linchpin and Jason & David’s “Rework”. I got the fist one just yesterday and start reading right away – it’s awesome! Looking forward to March 9th – “Rework” launch date.

Very nice! I’ve been hearing about book trailers recently but never really seen one. I was thinking of doing one myself when I’m done with my own book. I would love to know how this was done.

Maybe you should be considering sending an email to people who bought the books. Just letting them know that you didn’t forget about them.

Waiting to read this book. Recently I heard David talking about spending just 10 hours a week to build Basecamp.

Are you just talking about the time you do coding or design or support OR do you include the time “thinking – reading related to work – talking about work – blogging” etc.

If you don’t include them, it’s better to include them & give the average number of hours / week you spend on work related activities ( which includes thinking about a product, reading something related to work, writing something related to work, supporting customers etc. ).

Awesome. Can’t wait to see more Rework trailers and looking forward to the book. Like every major motion picture event, this trailer has a goof, I believe. I think the laptop clock says he’s just getting the morning started, not Staying Late.

Maybe in the next one the boss can be saying the same lines, then the “guy who slams his MBP shut” can punch him in the face, knock him down, then throw the crumpled paper at him? We need some violence if you’re trying to relate with us :)
