They used to make the cartoons in six weeks, start to finish. When the did “What’s Opera, Doc” they needed more time, so they did a couple Road Runner cartoons in five weeks to get the extra time because their bosses wouldn’t give them the extra time they knew they needed to get it right.

His two autobiographies “Chuck Amuck” and “Chuck Reducks” are amazing and the best inspiration I own as a writer and cartoonist.
